In a nutshell: what did we deliver?
Users could race the OXXO RedBull car on a virtual Grand Prix track, completing missions to earn laps and improve their scores, with the top 100 players winning rewards. These activities were tied to real-world actions, like visiting OXXO stores, to encourage more visits and drive engagement in the physical locations.

The Formula 1 loyalty campaign was only accessible directly via the OXXO app. Customers could challenge their friends to race a lap on the Grand Prix and get instant rewards at every interaction. By completing specific transactional behaviour in the stores, other benefits could be unlocked in this immersive experience.

The real goal was to drive business results like incremental sales, frequency and to increase the monthly active usage of the OXXO app. All powered by our loyalty platform which handles all loyalty mechanics and basket calculations of the end consumer..
