The challenge
7-Eleven was going to launch a brand new app and wanted to introduce their shoppers to all the new convenient features that the app has to offer to bridge the gap between digital and physical retail. The business goals were clear:
Get shoppers to download the new 7-Eleven app.
Create a habit of using the app on a daily basis.
Incentivize shoppers to link their membership card to the new app.

In a nutshell: what did we deliver?
To attract shoppers to download the new app we created two engagement campaigns. Through missions and guaranteed daily prizes we created a habit for users to open the new app on a daily basis. The different missions were aimed to drive specific behavioural changes, all focussed towards increasing the DAU and using the new convenient services.
