Getting mobile right in grocery retail
A great mobile experience for grocery retail revolves around much more than pixels and screens. It’s about synching shopping lists, accurate stock levels, quality product data, automatic replenishment, checkout performance, conversion, and much, much more.
It’s also about connecting a corporate initiative (which building an app usually is) to the people who actually run the business on a daily basis. Retail is detail, and it’s crucial to offer the right solutions.
By collaborating with colleagues, store managers, customers, and suppliers we were able to always provide relevant and concrete solutions that answered business goals and customers needs.
